How far in advance do I need to reserve a portable restroom?
We recommend booking your portable restroom rental a minimum of ONE WEEK before it is needed. Of course, finalizing your reservation even further in advance is helpful. During peak rental season, our inventory may be limited.
Does someone need to be present when the portable restroom is delivered and picked up?
No. It’s not required to have someone on-site when your portable toilet is delivered or picked up. However, we do ask that the area where the unit is needed can be easily accessed by our delivery truck. This means leaving any gates open or unlocked and having driveways clear. Also, if the porta-potty needs to be placed in a specific location, please clearly mark the location or provide us with detailed drop-off instructions prior to the day of delivery.
Where will the restrooms be placed?
If you have a preferred location for your portable restrooms, please mark the location at the drop-off site and/or communicate the details to us before drop-off. We will do our best to accommodate your request. For porta-potty drop-offs, the placement location must be accessible by our truck, safe for our driver and anyone who will be using the toilet, and in a spot where the toilet is not at risk of damage. The best spot for a portable restroom is on level ground close to where it will be needed without obstructing the flow of foot or vehicle traffic.
Are your porta potties cleaned regularly during rental periods?
Yes, we provide scheduled cleaning services to ensure all units remain sanitary and fresh. If you need additional cleanings throughout your rental period, we can schedule that too.
Can we have a rental for one day?
Yes! We can arrange for you to have portable restroom for a single day. Please note that delivery and pick-up times might extend beyond that.
How does the billing work?
All portable restroom and handwashing station rentals — short-term & long-term — will be charged upfront. Invoices will be sent via email and all payments must be made with a credit card unless you have otherwise been approved for payment by check. Long-term rentals will be on a 28-day billing cycle.
